In collaboration with the Bronx River Alliance, our studio class proposed strategies to restore and enhance the Bronx River by  year 2100. We envision the Bronx River as full of life, a swimmable water body surrounded by a thriving community. This project directly resulted from a lack of protection in the Bronx as defined in the USACE NYNJHATS proposal. I worked on building a network of public access to the river, by transforming city streets to address pedestrian safety and environmental justice.
